Millturn Machining Inc. (MMI), warrants for a period of two (2) years after delivery to the original user-purchaser that this LAWN-EDGIT MKI LawnEdger Hand Tool is free from defects in workmanship and material under normal use and service. MMI's obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement or repair, at MMI's option, completely without charge for material or labor found to be defective by MMI.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, and any representation or promises inconsistent with or in addition to this warranty are unauthorized and shall not be binding upon MMI.

In no event shall MMI or LAWN-EDGIT MK I be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages or injuries, whether or not foreseeable, nor assume any responsibility whatsoever from malfunctions, failures or defects arising from misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration or modification.

In the event of material defect of LawnEdger Hand Tool, simply return it, properly packaged and postage prepaid, with proof of purchase (bill of sale) including the date of purchase to MMI. Upon confirmation that the defect is a result covered by this warranty, MMI shall, within sixty (60) days after receipt of LawnEdger, at its option, repair or replace the defective tool.
